Really big and cool bar to hang and debrief with friend plus the history of this bar is kinda crazy... It used to be horse stable then it became a FBI garage and now it is a place for people from all walks of live can hang and get a beer together, aint that amazing lol.

I have heard so much about rays that I think at this point I might be biased to think it is cool. Rays is a Dive bar full of well-dressed people instead of blue-collar workers I guess... Their drinks tho are a hit and really good! On my visits, I tried their seasonal dunking drink and some non-seasonal and all of them were good! The bartenders were nice and helpful, helping me choose, Check it out if you`d like to go to a dive bar I guess.

After a long time of waiting to go there, I went with my friend that so highly rated this place and I gotta say... it is not bad, now I had a negroni bianco because negronis are what they are known for but I do not love negronis at all! So with that in mind it was good I enjoyed the Negroni it smelled delicious and tasted good. Would say it is definitely a must-try and I will probably try a different thing next time.

Really cool bar, with a nice atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. The bartender were really nice and awesome to talk to and the cocktails both the "Cocunut & Salt" and "Mustard Cocktail" were delish. On the second visit I tried their Negroni and their "Icee martini", the icee had a lot of colors and was a delish dessert but it was definetely not a drink lol, with that said both were really good. I had a really good time there.

The bartenders are nice and cool, they make great drinks, their in-house negroni is a bit too much tho, and their amazing atmosphere, try their green tea infused alcohol it is **Chef Kiss**. This is a cool bar if you are bar hopping, plenty of peeps and, a basement for dancing but be wary the basement lacks good ventilation so expect smells. **The Late Late is DEAD**

Irish bar with a pretty enegetic and loud energy. The bartenders are friendly and the drinks are good. The only thing is that the music is a bit loud and people also try to over the music so if you are looking for a more relaxed and quiet place to drink I would not recommend this place. It felt like a sport bars more than anything else.

The new bar in town[2022]. They opened a sort of club downstairs but it was really underwhelming, not great... This is supposed to be a bar that specializes in Gin and one of the servers told us that they are planning on having at least 1000 different Gin bottles... Now I do not know if there are that many Gins in the world but it would be awesome to go again another time when their menu is final to try some of those gins. For now, their drinks are good just what I would expect from a nice bar in New York, it did not become my fave but it is good enough that I would go again.

Really popping tavern almost everyday that is open after 5pm, I have tried their Steak Frites and it was delish for a tavern and their negroni is just as good as well! Also some history lesson... This pub also known as “the tavern that O. Henry made famous,” is a vestige of the Civil War era. The building itself dates back to 1829, though it was not operated as a bar until 1864. Its large signs claiming to be the oldest bar in the city have been greatly disputed by McSorley’s.

After a long time of wanting to go to this place, I finally did it! This place is awesome. This is an inconspicuous place because it looks small but then you realize it has a huge garden and all your expectations are broken. They have a big collection of board games for you to play while getting hammered (what could go wrong) Monopoly and cocktails are the game in town. My fave drink is the coconut coffee rum mixed, OMG it is good for those that enjoy coffee or coconuts. I will try to go again mostly because of this... They have a fricking NES at Bar ready for you to take on the world!! I am a simple person.

Really awesome cocktail bar with a specialty on whiskey and a really cool atmosphere. My girlfriend and I had a great time there and we tried their "Raisin the roof" a rum based cocktail and "Fever" a Vodka based cocktail both of these were really good! I did not know that this place had such a great Rum menu but it was great. I tried the "Wits End" which is done with Brugal Extra Viejo. Really nice atmosphere, with a great view of uptown ie. north of 38th. Can see the New York Times building and the Chrysler building but not the entire skyline as a lot is blocked off by the other buildings. The drink menu is good, and the beverages are really good! I tried their negroni as that is pretty much one of my benchmark drinks. I enjoyed it plus their coconut rum-based drink was also delish! I would try to come again but there are so many rooftop bars in the area that it is hard to know... This one is one of the "Fancy" looking ones tho

Great restaurant with an amazing presentation. Their negronis are delish and their steak and root beer float were a delight to me. The atmosphere is really classy and upscale but I did not feel as if that is the whole story of this restaurant/bar which was awesome. NYC Tourism description "The Modern is a Michelin-starred contemporary American restaurant at the Museum of Modern Art. The lively Bar Room offers chef Tom Allan seasonal contemporary cooking à la carte, along with an award-winning wine program along with carefully curated cocktails, beer and spirits".

Jac on Bond was a good experience, it seems to get booked quickly but sitting in the bar is nice as you get to talk to the bartenders, There is no food here besides snacks, and the drinks were really good We tried a dirty martini which was delish and the Fig Poppa which had Graham Cracker salt and I liked more than I thought I would. For the area is a good upscale bar but there also quite a bit of options in the area.

I visited this bar with some coworkers and I got charge for 12 shots that I never ordered as I only had a Negroni and I explictly said to close the tab. I was not happy about it and I will not go back, the manager was not helpful, he mentioned he would talk to the server but when I followed up he told me to figure it out with my bank. --- Interesting bar with a country theme, they have a lot of country music and a lot of country drinks in the middle on NYC. I tried their bourbon negroni and a bit too sweet for my taste but it was good. I do not think this bar style was for me but it was interesting and diffrent experience.

This is not the best rooftop bar in New York City, I would not even put it in the top 10 but with that said the vibe of the place is similar to "The Delancey" but maybe a bit more "upscale" in quotes because it is not that upscale but the Delancey does not look as modern yet I preferred it. Their negronis were okay, the music was okay, the night we went the DJ was going all over the place with their music selection even though it was supposed to be a reguetton night. Would I go again? I could just confirm if this place is this way all the time and not go ever again.

Really cool and cozy pub in Gramercy, I got a burger and a negroni and really enjoyed it and the staff is really friendly. This pub joined the Union Square neighborhood in 1882 as Viemeister’s. Like many of the other oldest bars in NYC, it survived Prohibition by becoming a speakeasy under the name Craig’s Restaurant. During this stage in the bar’s history, patrons could hide their alcohol in a compartment underneath their seats.

This bar was really underwhelming, not at all what I expected... It is a somewhat hidden speakeasy where you need a password to get in. I sort of had some big expectations for it for some reason and it did not meet any of our expectations or ideals. We tried the french fries nachos, Pretty in Pink, and Frisky business and it all was good but I would not go back there again. It did not fill my expectations at all. Maybe this is a indeed a tourist trap.

Beautiful bar/speakeasy inside Grand Central with Great drinks, I loved the negroni and beautiful atmosphere and ambiance that transport you out of Grand Central and into a more coquette place which used to be the private office and reception area for a wealthy railroad executive. The decor and the looks of the place are really nice. The only thing that it is missing is having better snacks or food menu because the one right now is lacking, to say the least.

Great spot to socialize with people of Latino decent play some dominoes, pool, and get a drink on the cheap. Also, you can see here a lot of old timers and people are friendly. This beer garden in Astoria, Queens is quite nice, and cool. It is a big place with a lot of tables and a live band. The beer selection is good and the food/hotdog selection is delish. Try their different sausages you will not be disappointed. I would go back there again at another point.

Mosaic is a great bar! I loved the look and feel of it. The drinks were really good both the seasonal and the menu cocktails, me and my girlfriend had the drinks "Fig Mint of your Imagination", "Sucker Punch", and "Mosaic Punch", and all of them were delish! The Sucker punch might have been a bit too sour for me but otherwise, they were all great. The atmosphere and everything about the bar was lovely and memorable nice bartender, good drinks, great looks, I really liked it!

The vibe of the place is of a speakeasy, but this is far from one. I did like it, it is pretty relaxed, a place to go after work or to enjoy some drinks with friends or girlfriend. This place is girlfriend-approved so that means they are doing something right. The drink menu is extensive and with plenty of wine selection too mixed with some foods.

This is supposed to be a speakeasy. It is next to MoMA PS1 and it is behind the extra-butter clothing store in LIC, but to get in is not through the store but through the back door that is street facing... is that a speakeasy? for me, no but their pizza was good and the drinks were okay. If you want an attempt at a speakeasy in LIC this is your spot I guess.

Really cool speakeasy like bar inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel with a lot of prohibition era decor. The drinks are good and the vibe are great. They had some live jazz music going and their negroni and cocktails were great. I would recommend going if you are in Las Vegas.

Really interesting concept bar inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel with a lot of ice sculptures and a lot of different types of ice. The drinks are good and the vibe is "COLD" lol. I would say it is an awesome experience to go to, do it once and you will not forget it but never again. It is freezing cold inside so be prepared.

This is the only bar where I got great cocktails in my stay in the Dominican Republic in any of the main spirits (Gin, Rum, Vodka). Rum was my favorite one of them all. Cocktails are not that cheap so be aware that prices are just a tap cheaper than New York prices. DR = 10 to 14. NYC = 12 to 20.

Really cool and chill bar inside "Florida Park" in Madrid. They have a great selection of beers and cocktails. This bar is were I was first introduced to "vermouth" which is a spanish drink that is similar to a Negroni but a different taste profile and flavor. I would definitely go back again.

Really great bar and with a well deserved #1 ranking! My experience in this bar was top notch, I tried "The Cloud", "Their pastrami sandwich", "Prohibition Apple" and "Evolution Negroni" and by far one of the best bar experiences that I have had since I started visiting bars, the presentation, the flavors, and the service were all top notch. They even invited to the backroom of the bar to experience their new experimental drinks where I got to talk to Sara the bartender. She shared that they were trained in part in the New York Bars. Number 1 according to this website... best50bars in the world and I can confirm that it is a great bar. A must visit in Barcelona.

Really nice jazz club in paris with great music and vibes but man the basement is insaly hot and staying there for a while means you will sweat buckets. Really cozy and chill bar in paris, I had a Negroni here after having dinner in a restaurant nearby. The atmosphere was great and the service was great. I would definitely go back again. It is also pretty interesting the bar scene in Europe and paris when compared to the US, the quality of the drinks are not as good as in the US but the atmosphere is much better which is interesting and adds to the overall feeling of the drinks.

Favorite bar in Paris by far! I tried three of their cocktails (A Negroni was my second favorite after the amazing Negroni that I had at Paradiso) the other two drinks were recommended by the server and they were all great, the atmosphere was great and the service was great. My Server "AL" was awesome and even gave me a 25% discount just because of the vibes.I would definitely go back again.

I have not been here yet but this pub that opened in 1854 is standing inconspicuously at 15 E. 7th Street, it offers two drinks: McSorley’s Dark Ale and McSorley’s Light Ale. Despite the lack of variety, or perhaps because of it, the bar has thrived throughout the years, managing to keep fairly low prices. Collectibles line the walls, some of them there since 1910. Wishbones hang from above placed there by neighborhood boys who went to war and did not make it back.

It was frequented by luminaries like Teddy Roosevelt, Thomas Edison, Butch Cassidy, and Lauren Bacall.

I have not been here yet but this Little Italy haunt was established over a hundred years ago, as a small bar called Mare Chiaro. Its rich history as one of the oldest bars in NYC remains in its original subway tile floor, wooden bar, and pressed-tin ceiling. The bar stayed in the same family for a couple of generations, before being purchased in 2003 by current owner Ed Welsh. His updates have made the bar good for sports fans and karaoke lovers alike, but nothing beats the jukebox stocked with Connie Francis, Frank Sinatra, and Four Tops. It has been the site of many films, including Donnie Brasco, Men of Honor, and The Godfather Part III. They only take cash.

I have not been here but my friends say this is a cool place and it is putting the resistance to a new law enacted in the DR which says that bars, clubs, and others need to close at the latest at 2 am but "la resistencia" is open until 6 AM or sunrise.
